Shipping Policy

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.

  • We use trusted courier services to deliver your order within 5-7 business days after the order is confirmed.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
  • We offer free shipping on all the prepaid orders.
  • We are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, riots, or strikes.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will arrange for a replacement.

  • The opening video of the parcel is mandatory in any case and if there is any damage it should be shown in the same video. So please take the opening                                   video of the courier to be on the safe side. We assure you that you will get the product same as in the Picture.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Cancellation

 

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders before We dispatch, by sharing an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site.

After the shipping, there will be no refund of any Product bought from www.beekleider.in

 

We at Bee Kleider will assure the Quality of our Products as we go through Quality Inspection at each stage of the Product till Shipping.

 

But in case of any damage to the product you are eligible for an exchange of the same product or other product of the same price range.

Return will be accepted only in case of Damage.

The Unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory in any case and if there is any damage it should be shown in the same video.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Once the Product is delivered, we accept exchange of products within 2 days from the date of delivery, only in case the wrong product is delivered, damaged product, wrong size, wrong color. The exchange will be done only one time.

Prroduct must be in the same condition that you received it.
